27 Jun Winter Workouts You Can Do from Home
There’s nothing like cloudy mornings, overcast days and 5pm sunsets to discourage you from working out. We all say that Summer bodies are created over Winter but with motivation fading, it’s easy to skip your usual workout here and there and fall into a pattern of sleep-ins and early evenings snuggled up on the couch.
Thankfully, you don’t need to find the motivation to get to the gym or run your usual route with these at-home workouts. You don’t even really need to find the motivation to get out of your PJ’s because your living room is as far as you need to go.
Online fitness classes and mobile apps are creating take-home gyms that allow for flexible and completely customisable workout routines. Also, whether you’re using them instead of the gym or as a top-up to your existing schedule of classes, they’re super affordable.

The workouts vary in time and difficulty with some various focuses including strength, stability, endurance and it evens includes runs and yoga.
