14 Sep Style Stalker File: Meghan Markle
While Meghan Markle is greatly known for being the hot star of hit series Suits, she is currently gaining more fame for being the girlfriend of our favourite royal…
Now more than ever she is being closely watched by the world, and Meghan is keeping her beauty game strong.
She has perfect hair and makeup at all times, and she’s keeping fit to maintain her killer physique. Rumour has it that Meghan and her Prince will be engaged by December this year … even more reason to keep in shape and look the part.
Luckily for Meghan she is a natural beauty, it doesn’t take much for her to look a million dollars. On an everyday basis, it generally takes her 5 minutes to do her makeup – sticking with 5 simple steps – The Yves Saint Laurent Beauté Touche Eclat is her number one tool used to highlight and conceal the face, Meghan will then curl her lashes, coat them with mascara, apply chapstick and a little bit of blush, then she is good to go! Sounds simple enough for me.
Meghans Top Makeup Products:
Every time I see a photo of Meghan, the first thing I notice is her glowing and radiant complexion as if light is beaming out of her face.
Monthly facials are key when it comes to her skincare, getting various different relaxation treatments to help calm and soothe the skin.
Using different serums and oils on the face is also a crucial step to the glowing complexion – Meghan tends to use natural oils and serums that de-stress and anti-age the face.
She also believes in nourishing the inside of her body with health products such as alkalising greens, fish oil and marine collagen supplements. These ensure her glow comes from within.
Texturising spray and hair spray are Meghan’s top tools when it comes to her hair.
Born with naturally curly and frizzy hair applying texturising spray whilst her hair is flipped is a wonderful volume booster.
Applying hairspray to a toothbrush is also one of Meghan’s hair care secrets.
Meghan is a yogi at heart and a lover of green juices and kombucha for a quick pick-me-up.
She also trains with DVD’s… (very unexpected) when she’s not doing yoga. Switching up workouts is key for Meghan to keep fit – there’s nothing worse than getting bored and becoming unmotivated.
Fish & veggies is her go to meal, and she tries to stay away from foods that will make her feel sluggish and lethargic.
