Good Green Stuff


I am a green smoothie enthusiast! Not only do they taste amazing, but I make them so that I am guaranteed the correct amount of daily nutrients to keep me feeling good and help me fight off viruses and colds. Along with some delish fresh fruit and veggies I have been adding a sachet of Good Green Stuff from Nuzest to my smoothies.

Its a well known fact that Australia as a nation needs dramatic improvements when it comes to health and nutrition. While some of us keep a keen eye on our dietary intake and practice ‘clean’ eating habits many Aussies fall short of their nutritional needs and end up with medical health problems, skin conditions, vitamin deficiencies, digestive problems and weight problems.

I’m a believer that a green juice or smoothie a day could improve everyones health and overall wellbeing. Along with the antioxidants and vitamins that the fresh fruit and veg deliver, a sachet of Good Green Stuff is loaded with probiotics, digestive enzymes, herbs, vitamins, minerals and is a potent antioxidant. The flavour is amazing, and a smoothie like this will benefit your skin, digestion, brain power, acid/alkaline balance and overall vitality.

Here is my favourite recipe, it will literally take 2 minutes from start to finish! Use organic ingredients where possible.

1.5 cups water or coconut water
1.5-2 cups of spinach
3–4 stalks celery
1 serving of Good Green Stuff by Nuzest
1 apple
1 pear
1 banana
3 pieces of Kale
Juice of ½ lemon

Method add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. 

Optional* add a handful of frozen or fresh berries, alfalfa, parsley, ginger for variation.
 All taste amazing!
