You can use it before foundation if you want a more toned-down look but it’s best as your last step and just gently patted into your cheekbones and cupids bow.

Though the formula has a good amount of distinctive fleck in it, this nourishing tinted highlighter gives you a natural looking flush of colour and glow that couldn’t be farther from a glittery highlight. It has a decent amount of shimmer in it but rather than sparkle it just catches the light.
