15 Minute Holiday Workout Video- No equipment needed!

This silly season I’m trying my best to commit to staying fit. Despite my best efforts and promises to stay healthy, every silly season I go away, stop exercising and over indulge way too much. By mid Jan I feel bloated, sluggish and unfit. The last couple of months I’ve really made some progress on my fitness and I REALLY don’t want the Christmas break to be the undoing of all my hard work!!
With that in mind I realised that many women are in the same position, and each year they end the holidays feeling like they need to detox, tone up and shed a few kg’s.
This workout was developed by Andrew Bovill from Centennial Health Club, it can be done in 15 minutes and you don’t need any equipment. Done once a day over the break it will keep you feeling good and your fitness levels up. In fact the workout in this video burns more calories than a half hour on the treadmill!
No excuses whatsoever, as I mentioned it takes 15 minutes and you don’t need any equipment.
