26 Sep Walnut Bliss Balls with Chia, Coconut and Carob

I am a big fan of Bliss Balls! They satisfy any sweet craving and are made from only a few ingredients nearly all of which are super foods in their whole, raw form. This recipe is from the lovely Emily at This Rawsome Vegan Life and like Emily I had to restrain myself from eating the mix before I had actually rolled the balls. These Bliss Balls use Carob instead of Cocao, nutritionally Carob has only 1/3 of the calories of Cocao and it is totally unprocessed where as Cocao has to be ground to be edible. I have tried a few variations of Bliss Ball recipes and this one is definitely a favourite!
