The Golden Rule- Exfoliate!

Exfoliating your skin effectively is arguably the most important part to your skin care regimen. In my eyes it is the one thing that delivers fantastic results time after time.

I am a huge fan of enzyme exfoliants! An Enzyme exfoliant is nearly always more effective than a granulated exfoliant and causes no surface damage to the skin. This beautiful new Fruit Enzyme Exfoliant from Ella Bache was previously only available in salon treatments but is now available for us to use at home. Papaya and Pineapple Enzymes combined with Salicylic Acid breakdown dead skin cell build up on the surface of the skin promoting cell renewal and revealing a brighter more radiant complexion.

I LOVE this product! I have been using it once a week and instantly after each use I can see my skin tone is a lot more even and my pore size is reduced. It comes in a powder which you pour onto the palm of your hand, mix with water, apply to the face and neck and leave on 3-5 minutes like a mask before rinsing off. Dead skin cell build up that was once dulling your skin tone, accentuating fine lines and creating a dry looking surface will be removed leaving you with significantly more radiant even skin.

This product is suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin. I didn’t feel any of the stinging or tingling sensation you can sometimes get from this type of product and there is definitely none of the scratching feeling a granulated exfoliant has. It also contains rice and oat bran which help to sooth the skin.

Ella Bache’s Exfoliating Fruit Enzyme is $64 and available at Ella Bache salons and David Jones stores nationwide.
