14 Mar Goji Coconut Brownies

YUM! This simple, delicious and nutritious snack has been created by Emily from This Rawsome Vegan Life
These yummy treats contain coconut, goji berries, almonds, cashews, hemp seeds, prunes and cacao.
And they have a knack of disappearing pretty radically!
1/3 cup goji berries
1/2 cup coconut chunks
3/4 cup almonds
3/4 cup cashews
3 tb hemp seeds
1/3 cup cacao
1 t cinnamon
1/8 t cayenne
1/2 t Himalayan salt
1/4 cup dates
1/4 cup prunes
2 tb melted coconut oil
a bit of agave, maple syrup or honey (if you like)
In a food processor, pulse nuts into crumbs then add the dates and prunes and wait for the mix to start sticking together. Add all the other ingredients and see if you like how it tastes. If so – awesome! (if not, change to your liking) then press into a lined pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Or eat them right away….
