Why These Ingredients?

Blueberries are very low in calories but extremely high in nutrition. They contain vitamins C, K and Manganese and are one of the most antioxidant rich fruits in the world.

They protect our bodies from damage by free radicals, plus they reduce DNA damage, which may help protect against ageing and certain harmful diseases.

Kiwi fruit has an incredibly high vitamin C content, which helps to boost the immune system. It also protects cell DNA from oxidative damage, improves digestive health and helps to clean out toxins, all of which contribute to glowing skin.

Green Apples contain dietary fiber content which help the overall digestive process. They have also been shown to lower cholesterol and help prevent DNA damage and certain diseases. It is also thought that green apples can help prevent certain skin diseases, so if you suffer from rashes or any other skin conditions, they may be beneficial for you.

Aloe Vera is well known for its healing properties and is therefore one of the primary compounds used in the cosmetic industry. Due to its high water content, it’s also a great ingredient for hydrating, moisturising and rejuvenating the skin.

Cucumber also helps to strengthen and synthesis skin tissue and induces improved blood flow to the skin through capillary dilation. Furthermore, it helps to boost the immune system, alkalizes the body and assists in detoxification and digestion.

Camu- Camu contains anti viral properties that helps with the common cold among other ailments. It is also a natural energy booster and it is great for your eyes and gums. Camu-Camu contains 60 times more vitamin C than an orange and contains flavonoids which neutralize harmful free radicals in the body.
