This shake well and truly deserves the title ‘SUPER’

Rich in protein, fiber, Omega 3’s, antioxidants and vitamin C this shake is highly nutritional and it’s also great fuel to keep you going all day.

Ingredients

  • 5 almonds
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • Water from 1 whole young coconut
  • ¼ cup of the flesh from the coconut
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons LSA
  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ cup blueberries (frozen)
  • ¼ blackberries (frozen)
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)

Method

  •  Put all ingredients into a blender (I have used my vitamix)
  •  Blitz/pulse for about 1 minute
  •  Serve iced cold
