Coffee
Coffee lovers rejoice! Now you have an excuse to indulge. There is scientific evidence that caffeine boosts the metabolism and fat burning. The occasional four to six cups of coffee may help you burn up to an extra 150 calories, but be warned a daily coffee addiction may quickly make you immune to the effects of the caffeine.

Green tea
